As the second phase of the Fairfield Commons campus, the property expands access to permanent supportive housing for individuals and families who benefit from affordable housing paired with personalized support services. Developed in partnership with Laurel House, Fairfield Commons II reflects a shared commitment to helping residents achieve long-term housing stability and independence.

Residents have access to individualized case management, life skills development, and referrals to healthcare, employment, education, and community resources. Together with Fairfield Commons I, the community provides a safe, welcoming environment where residents can build meaningful connections, strengthen their independence, and create a foundation for lasting success.
